There is healing power in prayer and I have personally
experienced God’s healing power.
I believe I am alive today because God heals. Even my
Oncologist at MD Anderson Cancer Center questioned if I would
survive stage 4 Lymphoma, brain cancer, and thyroid cancer. But
God, in His grace, gave me healing. I have been cancer free for
three years, and I have a tremendous desire to share with others
what God has done for me. One day I know I will breathe my last
breath, and I will spend eternity with my Savior and Lord.
I believe God heals naturally, I believe God heals
supernaturally, I believe God heals instantaneously, I believe
God heals over time, but I also believe He is the Lord our God
who brings the healing of all our diseases. I believe that God
heals through medicine and I thank God for the doctors I have
known over the years who
pray and ask God to do what they themselves cannot do.
Prayer is a powerful force. When I was in cancer treatment,
multitudes of people and churches prayed for me from several
states and I am thankful. I received contacts from people I had
not heard from in years to tell me they were praying for me. I
believe that God healed me through their prayers. God has
miraculously, supernaturally, intervened and healed me in a way
that He would not have healed me had friends and family not
prayed. You are missing blessings if you have not learned
something of the healing power of prayer.
